You will get longer run times with a brushless/lipo set up. A 8000mah pack should provide 30+ minutes of run time. You would need to modify the battery strap for this size battery.

We have a spec class that runs the Novak 4300. Since there is no way to get more (that I know of) out of these motors that what they are rated I think this is the perfect option for spec racing.

I had the same thing happen to my xray. The best way is to drill out the screw. Get a drill that just fits into the threaded portion of the bulkheads and then drill straight down the damaged screw....
