i had the same problem a few months back when i ordered a set for my losi xxxs but the best part of it, it says its a full set and replaces all the cheap steel ones.
but when i came to rebuild the losi i found out that there were about 4 screws which were missing from the shock towers so i sent the guy a email and he was happy to send me a full refund and a new FULL set of screws and a phone call with a apology which i liked so iam not complaining really

Unless you have a problem with corrosion I would find it difficult to recommend this product. I have never had a problem with service or have been short screws in the kit but have found the stainless screws to be softer than the standard steel and more prone to rounding out. You are better off just using standard steel screws that are available from numerous sources.

I personally did not see any of your emails - if I have I would correct the problem - try using our new server with this email address from our store [email protected] - this will come direct to me and not to the sales dept. i don't know why I never got the email - but send me one at the one above and I will send out a free screw kit of your choice for the inconvience and problems you encountered

Wow! Impressive response my friend. I have used a couple of you kits for my ft b4 and t4 and tc3. Have not had any problems personally but have found that your screws do seem to be softer than standard screws however the majority of the kit screws are hardened and most people don,t realize thats why. We use alot of calcium on our tracks down here so its kinda a trade off harder or no rust. I vote no rust. I will continue to do business with you due to your response on this thread tonight.

Its not a promise - its how we run our business - 90% of all problems never get back to us and go on as some people just getting mad and and bad mouthing which does not help business. Anyone who comes to us with a packing problemm shipping issue, quality issue, problem with one of our sales staff - we will try our hardest to correct the problem and keep you coming back. I read alot of positive and negative feeds on us and almost all of them have never been brought to our attention (including the positives) - we need you (the customers) to tell us when we mess up so we can become a better business and take care of all our customers.

Take care of your customers... Like how you sell this product which you dont have. Collect the money. Dont send it. Stop responding to emails to the point that I have to dispute it with my credit card company?

You then finally send me an email that says RcAmerica isnt getting them but my LHS just got me some from there last week (several weeks after I placed the order with you).

Your local hobby shop got them because they are on a back order list - we are on there too - but RCamerica will tell there customers approximately how many they get in - and how many shipments are due in - so if they get in 100 sets and get a shipment from slovakia every 3 weeks - it could take 6 weeks for us to get the same part if there are enough people on the list ahead of us. I do apologize once again - I can offer you a $25.00 gift card at our store for any product you do need - just email me what you want and we will also cover the shipping cost .... this is the best we can do and also send our apology
