Probably a mixture of your tune and plug. Use nova plugs. C5tgc (for cooler temps) or c6tgc (for hot ambient temps). Change plug and lean out bottom end. Tune top end for good temps. This should set you on the right path.

In Denmark the BTT guys runs c6tgc with 25% nitro. Only #5 in cold temperatures. P3 in such an engine with 30% nitro sounds wrong.

Lol...P3 plug in a nova engine just sounds wrong. Plus I don't think the taper is the same.

yea the taper is different on OS plugs vs Novas, run a Nova plug in a Nova engine and you shouldnt have any problems. Lots of guys like to run ODonnell plugs because they are cheap, but my Nova plugs always last way longer than any odonnells, so the value is the same or better on the Novas IMO

Has anyone tried the optional carby #24065, if so what sort of fuel consumption gains if any?

I'm using a Nova BTTA on a Mugen MBX6. Which Mugen header should I use for a med lenth track? Which one is equal to the 41021? I have both the short and long Mugen headers. Thanks

the 41029 is the header you want, tight bent short header

By the time you do that you might as well buy a p5. This was you get the better rod and more power.

Default Turbo plugs

I was looking at the Nova website and realized that the c7 plug is really for hot weather.
