Expect pure insanity! That engine will scream and put a permanent smile on your face. Just make sure you dial in your radio throtle settings and tune your clutch properly for buggy.

something to remember , two different people can take the same exact engine setup and one could get 7 min and the other get 12 , its not "just" the engine guys

has anyone used the Protek bearings from Amain in there Novas?
Looking to replace all mine and looking at those. I see they also offer ceramics for not much more, is it worthwhile going for the ceramic one?

Also, does the Hudy bearing puller tool work fine on Nova sized bearings?

The Hudy bearing puller has been one of the best r/c investments I've made in a long time. Yes, it fits Nova's.

the hudy bearing puller is awesome removes and installs bearing very easy, a guy I race with tried the proteks but I remember him saying that the nova bearings are not cheap but the quality is the best I think the nova steel bearings are probably better than other brand ceremics

Thanks guys, helpful stuff!

One other quick question in regards to the rear bearing (Nova P5), is it 25.4, or 25.8 OD?
In the title here is says 25.8, but then in the text 25.4.....
