I'm having trouble with that nut. Any suggestions?

it may have some loctite on the threads from the factory but that is the only thing holding the wheel on.

I took a set of Tamiya aluminum clamping hexes, reamed out the bore to fit the SC10 axles, opened up the clamping slot a touch with a thin cut-off wheel on the Dremel, and voila -- 12mm hex drive.

Slash wheels go right on and appear to be offset 3mm more to the outside. Does anyone know how the offset of the Blitz wheels compares?

Does anyone just make a direct-fit 12mm hex adapter for the SC10?

I use the alum. hexxes from my TC5 & it fit just fine...:D

Anyone know if there's a wheelie bar to fit the sc10? Or maybe if there's one for a different vehicle that can be adapted?

I just got januarys edition of caraction and I saw some factory team parts for the SC10. Whats this about the Reedy 27t 24* Stockstar motor. Anyone have any info or thoughts on it?

I need some gears for the 7.5, I think I still need more motor, I hope its just gears, I am running 19/87, motor all the way back, I might be able to squeeze a 20 in there, I didnt have much time and I wanted to try it on the track. Some help here would be nice since I am an electric newbie.
The 1/8 buggy wheels are off the hook, frickn awesome, awesome consistant traction, and you can almost fly the truck like a buggy, 4wd in the nitro buggy must be how you get it to fly and move left and right across the track. But you can make the truck turn and dip and wag in the air now. It was sweet, just need more go, no wheelies yet and still death grip the throttle on the straight trying to get more speed. Truck setup is there, its awesome, just need more motor.

Yes, you can definitely gear up. Grab a 78 tooth spur to start with your 19 tooth.
Also, what motor and esc are you using?

Yeap. I just got these in. Put them on with slash rims. And it gives the sc10 a wider stance/offset. I do not recommend unless you want less steering and you want it to push even more. I did about 2 laps and took them off.

It is their latest brushed motor that came out before everyone started to run brushless. Sorry I have no experience with it.

Ok I got a 22 pinion in the truck, ran a 6min run and the slipper is so hot its smoking. I had the 3 from the end setting and then 4 then all the way down and backed off 1/2 turn, it still slips badly, maybe I am still geared to low?? I got the motor up to 130degs the last run.
