Has anyone created a parts list that would upgrade the 22x-4 to the Elite? I have a 22x-4 that has been driven once and then I quit racing for a while. Is it worth it to upgrade?

Why is 13mm better? Why not 14 or 15 or… I have a I eb410 with big shocks and never really thought about it. I doubt 1mm makes any noticeable difference. 12mm work so good on the buggy right now.
