Shock mounts look interesting. I hope it comes with the aluminum steering rack. Titanium top screws and turnbuckles would be cool. I would be willing to pay more for well equipped. I like tlr for trying to do that with their elite kits.

Those arms look beefy compared to other companies and the shock towers look thicker as well..

Well, they named it. “MSB1” Now we wait a little longer to see what they ask for it.

That’s what all the TLR people say. Weird though, the AE guys say it’s theirs. Even saw a Yokomo reference on FB somewhere…

Shin said he created small adjustments on the mugen 2wd, so let’s see.

[QUOTE=Kaspurr84;16051171]What about the guys that run AE, TLR and Mugen? #notsponsoredfreedom[/QUOTE
That’s my point. I don’t have any brand favoritism. I have, or have had something from all the major brands. Never had a Mugen and this car seems like a great place to start. Just funny seeing all the fanboys claim it’s a copy of their car… Being that it’s compared to 3 different cars.

Looks like Xray is going to need to include the optional AL steering, servo mount, and carbon towers, on their cars. If they want to keep up.
Kudos to Mugen for offering that stock. Definately a superior looking car.

It is similar but I think there are enough differences from AE and Losi for it not to be considered a copy. Look at F1, nascar, motocross even. Their cars and bikes are so very similar, but just enough nuanced differences to make their machines their own. It’s hard to completely redesign from the ground up when there’s already for the most part an accepted design/layout.
My question is price point, if they are planning on a one kit do all strategy and simply swap diffs how much will this kit be and I think that might draw some towards it.
