Is the 2.1 Pro Stock capable of running a 6.5 motor in blinky mode? I think according to the manual it is but would like to confirm this before trying.

I am in the market for an inexpensive esc and the older GT series SP esc's were the bomb. I am looking at the S or R version. Not the pro.
I have 2 pro versions..... I had one go bad within a day of use. Customer service was excellent and actually called me after hours to assit me in returning it. I have been using these 2 now for about 2 months and they have been very reliable. Hope this helps

one of my friends and fellow racer did the same thing on accident and the esc still worked. Did you try to run it again?.

Does any one us the wifi programming adaptor? Are you having any problems? What version of iOS are you running?

I got mine a few weeks ago (right after getting my rev r). I connected everything & it worked perfectly. I didn't mess with it again till last weekend. In the interim I updated to iOS 6.1.3. When I tried it again to start messing with timing I would get every indication (solid led & check mark in wifi settings) that it was connected to my phone properly. When I start the app it says the adaptor in the buggy isn't connected. I have reset the card, forgotten the network, reinstalled the app, & tried different static ip addresses. Nothing works.

SP has not returned any of my emails, so I'm turning to the community for help. Does any one have a clue what I'm doing wrong?

if sensored or sensorless doesn't matter, then this one:

http://www.speedpassion.net/en/produ...SP000239&c=MTR

this is the 2100Kv sensorless motor. I am very curious about the description however as it says:

Speed Passion is proud to introduce the revolutionary Blaze series of sensored and sensorless brushless motors for 8th scale applications. Much like Speed Passion's MMM motor series, the Blaze motors feature zero cogging and the smooth low end torque of a sensored system. The Blaze motor series bridges the gap between the raw power and high efficiency of motor design. The best of both worlds is now here for off-road vehicle, or 8th E-buggy and E-truggy.
I am not sure if they ment that text to be there on the sensorless motor page, but it sounds like they are saying no cogging?

The sad thing is the Kv's that are common for 1/8 buggy on 4S are only offered in a sensorless configuration.

still no mention of the 550 motors on the USA site ...

is there any was i can get a lower case from somewhere? Had a race yesterday and the case split at one of the corners and it can now move around. I would rather replace it now before it completely breaks at the other corners.

My 3rd PRO arrived DOA just like yours. One of the pins pushed in on the sensor port. SP stands behind there stuff, but can be extremely slow......

I am waiting for 2 PROS to be shipped back to me.... I really hate that I am the beta tester for this REVENTON series. 3 PRO failures in a row.. The tekin guys at the track have a good laugh at me now....
