Sounds like reverse polarity to me, cant think of anything else that would do that. Double check that you soldered the wires to your ESC the right way around. :)

True, it is a better idea to charge cells individually, if only the ICC did that well it would've been a great charger.

I had one for a while but ruined a few cells in it just through them going...

I wouldn't worry about trying to fix your ICC, it's not worth it. Just try to get a different (better) charger second hand, maybe duratrax ice, or the ultimate, competition electronics turbo 35 gfx...

From the pic, that IRS one looks like the same axle I had in the switchblade.:)

The reflex one appears to be the same apart from the round left side hub.

Sorry about that. For what it's worth, that axle and hub in the black widow manual look identical to the switchblade I had a few years back.

The only thing I can really spot wrong there is the green side springs, they are too stiff. Try white side springs and see how that goes. If then it feels like its not turning quickly enough try...

Skiddins, my first two ICC's did the same thing. My units were from the first production batch. My new ICC (Second batch) is better so far, most cells peak before the temp cutoff (45C, 2mv/cell)...
