Dragonxmx - You have set your diffs as in the manual. Right out of the kit mine were fully tighten up. Loosen 1/2 turn and they are super SSSMMOOOOTTTHH. I like them better than the old ones. :D

pulleys

After looking at my pulleys I have the following conclusion.

Front diff pulley is nearly perfect concentric. OK

Rear diff and layshaft pulleys are sure off target :eek: This makes me not happy...
