@nexus: Frustrating response to be honest. Unfortunately pretty much what I expected. Almost all of the emails I've written to Speed Passion have been replied to with little to no actual answers. I have had to write several times to get the same questions answered. Would you at least tell us what your official speed passion position is? I'd like to know before I spend the time chasing you down over the phone only to find out you can't help because you aren't the correct person to speak with in this regard.
If you have called Speed Passion you can ( or anyone) hit ext 107. That would go directly to me. I'll work with you on resolving any issues.

I was told that I could use the GT2.0 LPF with my SC10 4x4 is this correct? I currently own two GT2.1 Pro Stock ESCs, B4.1/T4.2, that I love. I have a GT2.0LPF that I would like to pair with the Blaze 4600kv or 5700kv motor to run open 4wd SC at our local track. Any input or help would be much appreciated.

I think the gt2.0 is favored over the lpf.
on a side note, I managed to resolve my issue and will try and write a detailed explanation to try and help others that might have the same struggles.

I believe you meant to say the GT2.0 PRO is favored over the LPF. both are GT2.0 series speed controls.

As I posted earlier I was having trouble getting the software to work.
I realized that its important to read the steps carefully and make sure you follow them exactly and in my case, I overlooked a crucial step that may have been the culprit.
1) Download the latest software version from SpeedPassion.net (Obviously)
http://www.speedpassion.net/us/download.asp
*You will need to "extract" or "Unzip" the compressed file,
so its best to have a utility that can do so. (I Used WinRar).
(It should generate or create a SPEEDPASSION folder, or you can create a specific folder in which you extract, the software however WILL generate a SP Program folder for the actual Program itself. I like making a separate folder to keep track of the specific updates.)
2) Once the file "Unzips" it creates Separate files. (Prog, PDF, and importantly the USB Driver update- More about this later)
3) Select the SETUP software and install the REVENTON Program.
4) Once complete, Install the SP-USB Driver program.
*Note that while all this is going on, the LED/LCD Box remains Disconnected*
5) **You will then need to RE-BOOT the computer.**
6) This is where you pay attention....
-Now connect the USB Cable to the LCD/LED Box
BUT NOT THE COMPUTER!!
-Hold the RESET Button- 2nd button from right
-Connect the Other end of the USB cable Into the Computer
-Once the cable is connected, then release the RESET button
-Now- Select the REVENTON Software and open it.
(This is where I think I was messing up in that it was open initially and I didn't Re-boot after the USBdriver installed.)
*Your computer may also run a 2nd USB driver install, for "Found New Hardware" *
-On the left side, you should see the "tab" or option for the FIRMWARE update
-Select the desired Firmware option *This can take a few Minutes*
*MAKE SURE THE ESC IS NOT CONNECTED!!!*
7) It should prompt after its complete
8) *I would re-boot again, JUST to be safe*
9) After the reboot, Open the Reventon software- connect the USB cord and the LCD device. Then connect the ESC to the device, remembering to disconnect the Fan. It should open the software allowing you to modify and recognize the ESC. Then you can select and update the ESC with the various Profiles- Mod1, 2, drift, stock, etc.
I hope this helps some folk. It DOES explain this in the manual, but for me, I wasn't re-booting and I ended up getting 2 different USB Driver install Prompts, one from the software, an another from the computer. *You may have to run both.*
I managed to get mine to work and get the software to work with the ESCs.
