Out of stock...and I do not know when it will be instock. Keep checking the website. Or check your local hobby shop (or other online store).

It will not going to happen...to different software and hardware. The problem is...the GT2 series software was developed by different company and we are not going to blend them into our REVENTON series.

I think if you really want to, you can buy the other brand version programmer card and install our software, I was told it will work.

Thanks for understanding...I am very much sure the auto shut off was caused by this temperature sensor.

Only problem I have now is the first time I went to use the Reventon Pro , I plugged the battery in about ten minutes before the race, and it fried just sitting there on the bench.??? It actually burned the positive terminal right off the circuit board for no apparent reason. I guess i will find out how thier warranty service is now. It went through the Calibration process and bench testing just fine so I don't know what happened. Anyone else have this problem.
Had this happen. Capacitor was reversed at the factory.

thaks solara just wondering battery and usb problem was early on, and for month and a half after that i could use on pc and wifi, but the problem updating firmware was just recent, it said update failed, would the two be connected even though several sucessfull updates were made.new to the hobby learning the hard way maybe otherwise very impressed with reventon.

Is there ever going to be an update that allows the newer Reventon LCD box to work with other Speed Passion ESCs? Because honestly, the $35 LCD programmer plain sucks. Cheap plastic, buttons are terrible. The Reventon box atleast feels like it has some worth to it.
Are you talking about the LED or LCD programmer?

I agree the LED that comes with a ESC feels like junk. It also does not work with current software once you update the ESC.

But the optional LCD programmer is nice. It feels like a fine instrument and works very well with all the software available for this line of ESC.

It also looks and feels just like the "Other Brand" programmer minus the carbon fiber sticker.

I was looking into a Speed Passion system to replace my MMP, as it won't fit in my next kit (Schumacer SVR). I'm not quite sure on a few aspects of the controllers. Would I need either the Reventon Pro or Gt 2.0 pro, or would I be ok with the "reventon r" or "gt2.0 lpf" as it will only be used in a 2wd buggy with an 8.5.

I also did not see a footprint listed on the site for the reventon. I remember reading the reventon was smaller than the GT esc's, but just wanted to make sure that was true. Thanks in advance!

The r or 2.0 will be just fine in your 2wd....I've got a 2.0 in my buggy and have ran a 6.5 with no probs

Great! Did they cover it under warranty? I'll have to look at the cap and see if it is marked +/-.

After soem help, would this be a good motor to run in 4wd offroad mod?

http://www.speedpassion.net/ausshop/...=13865V3&c=MTR

If it is, what is the best choice of ESC to couple with it form this page here?
http://www.speedpassion.net/ausshop/index.asp?c=ESC

If there is a better option for my Schumacher Cat K1, could someone point me in the right direction from the speedpassion range? I want to run 6.5t, but am completely new to electric so not really sure where to start motor spec, and ESC wise.

Once it's working right you will surely love the smooth power of it though.
I've re-soldered the wires, I've also got a programming card and changed the setting to see what happens. Well, I still have the same result. Sooo. I guess I'll have to send it in to be looked at. The reason I think it's the ESC is because I have put my novak Havoc Pro SC in and it works but doesn't have the punch.

So, any other recommendation would be apprciated before I send this in.

Thanks

Hi all. I am quite new to all the brushless esc and motors. I am using the SP gt2.0 pro in both 2wd & 4wd with 6.5 & 5.5 motors in my buggies. I have updated the software on both speedo's to 428 Mod, but I can't find anywhere that explains what each of the new functions does if I adjust them up or down eg 'turbo slope' 'turbo timing' etc. can someone tell me if there is an explanation on these new setting that I can down load from somewhere.

Thanks.

Great speedo. just replaced my sxxv2 with the revention and i definately think it helped with my lap times in 2wd buggy due to the super smooth throttle feel. The motor felt better then it ever has with other speedos.

nice job sp

My honest opinion is..REVENTON PRO is still the best all around ESC if you are running from stock 17.5 no timing to full mod BOOST with 4.5....for just a little bit more you will have the top of the line ESC with tons of software update/upgrade in the future, and it will work on any turn motors and covered every classes...

Has the issue with running 4 Pole motors like the Tekin Pro4 and similar types been fixed? I would look into upgrading if that was the case, but for now, the GT2.0 Pro is the only one from SP that will do those motors on 2S.
