Granted a larger cap takes longer to charge up, but are you sure about it being less effective at filtering high frequencies?

So I have both the GT2.0 LPF and GT2.0 Pro. I presume the software and settings are the same? If I haven't done any software changes, they should work identical if I set them with the same motors etc?
NOW, if I am running 2wd buggy and 4wd buggy, which would go where? Would the Pro be better suited for 4wd and the LPF better for 2wd? Also, for ESC settings, what changes would I need to make to the programming for each vehicle, i.e. Punch, timing etc?
Track would be indoor clay, high traction, bluegroove. straightway isn't super long, jumps are moderate, perhaps one large double with a 4-6ft gap.

From my experience the smooth bottom end is what you want. I've had the best results with the DRRS at 1 or 2 and no boost at all in mod. Also turned the motor timing all the way down.
Perhaps the diff or slipper is slipping. I find that on tiny tracks I sometimes need a tighter slipper cuz there just isn't any run up to allow for the slipper to slip and still make a jump.

There is a Speed Passion thread in the onroad section, you may get a better answer there.
For stock, I would think they would recommend that 2.1 stock ESC or whatever its called.

It seemed no one answered the question of which to go where. I use the Pro in the 4wd. It draws more amps through the system with all 4 wheels turning so since it is rated to a lower turn motor it is better suited in the 4wd buggy. Either will work great in the 2wd though.
What is the rating on the esc, I figured they were no limit. talked to a couple racers today at one of the regional series that we're having. We talked about motor choices, and I may need to up my power. Looks like 6.5 for 2wd and maybe 8.5 for 4wd.
I'm getting excited to start racing again.

I run the lpf in my dex410 but im only running a 8.5 i have ran a 6.5 on it in the 4wd with no issues but if your wanting alot of boost i would use the pro.
