I'd recommend contacting speed passion direct and see if it was on the recall list. Back when Shawn was with them, mine was on the recall list but didn't find out till after it burned down and took out most of my vehicle with it on its first voyage.

yeah, not sure what they will do now, maybe a chance to have excellent customer service and upgrade you somehow since its still sealed.

OK....a warning for you. REVENTON PRO does not work well on PRO4 (it willl burn the ESC)...or any 4 poles motor. However, all the testing we did are with the BOOST software. We have not try it on MOD1 and MOD2 software....without the TURBO, it might be easier on the ESC.

I have a little issue, I have a Reventon "R" and LED, and it worked well with my Pc, until I bought a (3) Pro, and downloaded the new software/ LCD. Now my Pro's work well with the Pc, but the R wont connect to my Pc any longer., but it seems to work with the LCD box though.

Any idea when the next re-stock will be? Got a couple pending sales and looking to pick up a rev pro and maybe an r. Quick ? about the cases. Are they aluminium? Can they be painted or annodized in different colors? Thinking about red. Just a thought. For those running 4mod. Anyone try a slower motor and bumping up timing boost and turbo for similar power? I have a peak motor and thinkin of switching back to my SP motor, but its 10.5. Curious if you can smooth out the power and settings to make a 10.5 on par with an 8.5. Momo |

Momo I'm not sure the 10.5 would have enough bottom end for jumps in a 4wheel. I think you oUlf have to be very smooth of a driver with a 10.5 to get fast lap times. You would have to give it a try. I run a v3 10.5 with 20 degrees of timing (red board) mod1 firmware, 26.5 timing in the speedo. 32/78 gearing. Plenty of punch for the jumps and speed is awesome on the straight. Keeps up with the 8.5's. |

Momo The upper case are aluminum....lower case is plastic. Can they be painted or anodized...? I don't know how....so I cannot answer that, but I am sure your will void the warranty. |

You need to update the LED card to the latest version as well...I think the latest one is V1.4. Make sure update both LCD (V2.5) and LED (V1.4)...same way for the update on both items.

I tried both on my laptop and pc. My laptop keeps getting shut down even though I hook up the esc to the pc first then hook up the lipo.
