why does speed passion keep it listed as a 2s-4s capable speed control if it will not work right on 2s?

I had the 6.5T 550 sized silverarrow V1 and loved it in all of my SC 4x4 trucks. ( slash 4x4, jammin SCT, AE sc10 4x4 )
It survived 2 years of abuse in 4 different SC trucks, on 2s lipo

So that is why I ordered a new silverarrow V2 http://www.speedpassion.net/en/produ...138803V2&c=MTR , but after a few months of waiting my supplier in the netherlands cant provide me one.

and now I am waiting for the new motor you guys are developing ( I want it to run in my SC10 4x4 )

I do run my 550 sized motors on 2s lipo

It does work in 2S, but it is better to use GT2 PRO with BOOST software if running on 4x4 SCT....SAII does not have any optional software like the GT2 does.

I would recommand using GT2 PRO instead....

It is not we are changing our word.......it is the RULE of the class changing it. Who would know the 4x4 SCT is actually a 1/10th scale instead of 1/8th scale...? And who would know they are limiting the class to 2S only..? Remember...SAII came out way before the SCT 4x4 surfaced....

We are only adjusting the best equipment that will work on the specific class...in this case, 4x4 SCT...best combo is the GT2 PRO ESC with boost software and 550 type motor....

Got the replacement for the GT2.0 than burnt a few weeks ago and I'm planning to return to Stock SC. Does the GT2.0 have a "Blinky" if not what do I need to do in the setup to be "Blinky" stock? I only have the box that came with the esc, but a buddy did check and said I have no timing and the setup is the 323 software.

you will need the LCD programmer to change from the software to software. Yes you can put the 2.0 in Blinky mode with it. It should be in the drop down dialoge box on the update screen.

As for the 550 motors, I am currently running a test motor that is 4 pole 4400kv, running it without boost, actually in blinky mode. It is really fast, cant wait to see the "Blaze"

Who's getting a Ananta 2wd or 4wd when they come out..??

hi all, first post in here , ive got a 60a xerun running xerun 10.5 which will be in a xxxtcr , ive just updated to 110323-stock , can anyone reccomend settings for this combo . i just got the box today so iam pretty new to this . cheers gopes

I'm ussing a 540 4pole SP 4400kv.

had a little test of the combo with the 323 stock , omg power was insane . i ran it with whatever was on it from the download and tyres wanted to leave the wheels . this combo felt a little under powered before . now to read the instructions somemore and set it up properly . the tunability is awesome . i have now put the reccomended settings for 11.5 offroad and i'll go from there

Congrats to Mike Fraizer and Ryan Pratl for the A3 and A6 finishes from the 2011 Spektrum Off-Road Championship on the Stock Short Course Class (blinky) using the GT2 PRO and GT2.1 ProStock ESC, both running the new Speed Passion MMM 17.5 motor.....well done guys.

What settings were they using? I run the club races there and wanted to compare what they have to mine. I know you really CAN'T compare them to me but I think you know what I mean.

Is anybody running the Silver arrow 2.0 Esc combo citrex 2200kv motor? If so how do you like the motor? Is it reliable? Power good? I've only ran tekin motors and castles so was curious on the 8th scale combo for the price

It is blinky stock...if you are asking about final drive, I will have to ask them. I will let you know.
