Ok I have a problem, my cousin bought a reventon s and asked me to program it for him. I dl'd the newest software and usb driver but I cannot get the program to work. I tried both on my laptop and pc. My laptop keeps getting shut down even though I hook up the esc to the pc first then hook up the lipo. On my pc it just keeps asking if I want to connect my ESC and even when I hit yes it does nothing but come back to ask me if I want to connect. Any help would be appreciated.....

So you don't need the lipo to change the settings via a pc/laptop?

RCmayor 11-24-2012 02:26 PM

no.

Ok I'll try it without the lipo, so I'm guessing just plug in the esc to the led box and into the laptop then turn the esc on?

no, program open. plug box into pc. then plug box to speedo. esc will turn on.

I'm sure that this may be covered in the 2,000 post but I couldn't find it after looking and searching several pages.

I have a Speed Passion Lpf 2.0 GT and was wondering if I can get into the advanced settings (drag brake, timing, etc.) without having the programming card?

If I cannot, could someone tell me where to get this programming card?

Thanks

Yes it is call 508 no timing. Download the latest software, I think its 1.38 off the site, and it will be in the drop down box.

I'll check mine, but you SHOULD be able to. I presume you just have the stock box with the 2 small screens, ( Mode, and then the 2 digit setting screen)?

I have the Digi one (I upgraded a hobbyWing version) and the stock one for my LPF. I'll let you know.

Ran my Reventon Pro and Reventon S this weekend in offroad racing. They worked awesome. Pro was in my 4wheel buggy in mod2 and S was in my 2wheel buggy in mod1. Great brakes and power is smooth.
