servo? if you are using a savox remove it and install a good futaba one as well. also if you can change the response on the radio make it as fast as it can go i.e. c1 or c2 of possible and make it high response. put the settings back where you want it and reset radio to esc. what i have been finding is that the narrow the neutral point on certain radios esc cant determine where it is and gets confused

I am using a Savox servo, but up until recently, I hadn't been experiencing any problems. I've had the esc since early April. Too make things more weird, while I was at practice today, reverse came back in the middle of a run (after not working the last two practice sessions), but now sometimes after reversing, the car hesitates for a while before being able to go forward. Actually, the narrow neutral point makes a lot of sense to me. I will try the wider neutral point. If that doesn't work, I have Futaba servo that I will try.

When it shutdowns the esc is off if I turn it back on I have no throttle until I recalibrate the radio to the esc then everything works normal. Any ideas?

Again???

Mod2 is much smoother in throttle application, and temps.

I did notice Stock1 has Hybrid Boost. I'm assuming that is timing + a turbo? Mod2 only has timing adjustment, unless I missed something.

I'm leaning towards non boosted mod setups. It's more consistent, cooler, easier on equipment, and yielding better results.

I'm going to play around with a little timing on my 2wd SC. Will be able to get some track time Thursday and Saturday as well.

I won a MMM 3.0 17.5 motor in a raffle at my local track. Thinking of putting it in my mod ST just so I can control it. Running faster laps in my blinky SC than the mod ST. Any advise for gearing and timing with a tekin esc? running a ae T4 medium/large HIGH traction indoor clay.

so i bought 4 reventon pro's.and 1 team orion vortex 8s.i got 5 warranty cards.
2- cards came in one rev pro box.but both cards dont have that sp silver symbol.

not sure which one to use for warranty.

the orion came with this red sp lettering one.(last 2 pic's)

For REVENTON....anyone will work, pick one...for ORION, you have to deal with ORION, I have no idea why there is a SP warranty card inside. We have nothing to do with the ORION products.

I have a GT PRO 2.0 that I am using in 2wd buggy with a 10.5 motor. For no apparent reason, ( I haven't found a pattern yet), I lose reverse and sometimes brakes as well as reverse. :( The only way I get it back, is to hook up the programming box to a pc/laptop and the esc, and reload the 428 stock software. Any ideas as to why this happens? This seems to be happening more frequently (every other week.) as time goes on. Thanks

Please check the sensor wire and the sensor board of the motor, one of those item might be bad...or the sensor port of the ESC is going bad.

Software currently does not support with APPLE except the wifi module. We are working on the MAC version...

69/30 with 40* timing was used on a B4.1...get the yellow and blue board and adjust between these 2 depends on the size of track. We used 69/30 @ Trackside Spektrum event with 42* timing (middle blue board). I don't know about T4...but I assumed they are the same as the B4 and if T4 is any different, please adjust accordingly.

Sometimes it happens after a battery change, sometimes after a settings change on the ESC, or sometimes while I am driving. On the funny side, losing reverse forces me to drive less aggressively because it it is a pain in the butt to have to go up and down the driver stand frequently just to straighten out my car.

Double check and replace (if necessary) your sensor boards and sensor wires. Once those are checked to be in proper working order we could help troubleshoot another area.

What ESC and electronics setup was this on? Have you tried running with temp and voltage protection shutoff?

Anyone know what the motor limit is for the Reventon S? Considering getting one for my RB5, just wondering what it can handle.

There are several difference, but as others have stated Stock1 has the Hybrid Boost and other features. What class and motor are you running. Many customers and our racers have stated they prefer Mod2 using modified motors and Stock1 when using a 17.5 or 13.5 in boosted classes.

It was with a reventon pro and tekin gen2 17.5 running the latest software stock 0 v20
