if your using lipos just charge with a balancer and you dont need to discharge them at all dont le them go below there cut off or you will damage the cells

Just been told by our local importer we should be seeing the new GX series Engines very soon although the price will be slightly higher due to the extra work that has been done to them....hard coatings, lightning of the head etc

I used to run losi and tring to get parts overhere was like tring to find rocking horse s**t where now I run Xray -a product guys in the states say is hard to get parts for, but we can get them whenever we need them

It's running really well had the clutch bearings start to go in about the last 5mins of the A. I'm looking forward to the waikatos should be a good meeting are you coming up for that. It was good to see you guys make the trip up:cool:

Yeah we will be there.We need to get exposure to these big meets to get our driving level up.My gen5.5 5port in the truggy is starting to free up,I`ve got just under 4 litres (1gal) thru so far.
One thing that surprised me was how much the change in temp from qual to the final affected the 5port tune.I had to richen the lsd about .5 turn to stop the bog during the final.

yeah the temp must have dropped at least 10 deg C so that wil effect the tune on any engine.

what I couldn't get over was how slick the track got compared to the last round of Qualifing it was like running on a ice rink..... but the drifting through thee infeild was fun;)

I was still running the 7 a bit rich as it's still quite new and I pushed my first stop a little far and came in at 8.5 mins unfortunately there was nothing but fumes left and wouldn't you guess it FLAME out :blush:

but still manage to claw my way back up 2 second and if it wasn't for some slight brain fades I wouldn't have ended up 4th.

oh well we get to do it all over again on the 9th:D

22 racer seems to be making a big effort to get all things GO TECH. Nice gent to deal with also. Russ is trying to get things going. I have been waiting for that new web site for 6 months? I usually just go to massive mods or 22 racer and fx racing in canada. Some times amain has go stuff in stock. some one else commented on losi products. They are coming out our ass over here. It seems every car at the races is a losi. I drive a jammin x-2. saw a mb6 that I liked. It seemed like the only car in the pro rank that could triple easy every time. Also saw an xray{my next buggy] but no parts here. I always see those cool hop up parts for them but have no clue where to buy them. You all know how it is, if they gave us each 5000.00 to spend on our habit we would be broke within 24 hours or less.:nod::eek::lol:
