Wictor, Yes the 3 port race in stock form you want the 086, you could use the 053 as long as you dont have a huge track. Modified the 053 would be the better choice. I tried the 086 on my modded 3 and it runs just fine but the midrange pipe= 053 just tears it up. The GO 2072 will work also actually on the 3 any GO pipe would be fine.

+1 on the alloy shoes and 1.1 mm springs on the 7 port - perfect combo. The 7 is wicked with this set up. I have found (on our track surfaces anyway) that 1.0 mm or weaker springs on the 7 make it really boggy down low, out of the corners.
