Get a DONUT racing head its $5 more but its cross drilles to be light and proven on GO's. It was made for the EBM5's but will fit them all. And look sick and are all CNC.

Anything wrong with running the ninja jx pipe with the c header on the 5 port turbo go tech?

Nope. A mate of mine runs that exact same set up in his truggy, and it hauls butt big time :)

ok question got to go 5 port gen 5.5 1 has long lsn ( stays in at full open) the other i think has a short lsn ( comes all the way out at full open ) now the long lsn motor runs and tunes great no issues now the one with the short lsn is harder to tune it seems the pinch test is inconsistent can run 3 or 4 laps check it and its fine then after another 3 to 4 laps it is too lean the motor as a ton of power but the od thing is when it idles it is fine but if it flips over it flames almost sounds like it loads up and dies any ideas on what this could be thanks.

Your tank level will have dropped considerably after another 3 - 4 laps, so everything will be a little leaner I would expect. I would'nt think it would load up when it's upside down, as the fuel pick up would be uncovered. The length of the LSN shouldn't matter too much, as long as you have tuned each type of needle appropriately. Either motor should run the same. Have you got the fuel tubing routed differently ? Check your fuel system out thoroughly. Look for fuel tubing pin holes, needle O rings leaking, leaking fuel tank or faulty tank lid O ring or spring. Funny little changes in the way an engine runs like that are quite often not a tuning problem, but something outside the motor.

GO Glow Plugs

Hey guys,

anyone out there who has already tested GO glow plugs?
I've been running OS P3s with great results so far...

Regards,
T

Running a T3 (Hot) in my 7 Port this Sunday, so will let you know.
Done a couple of tanks with it in and it seems great. Not as hot as the P3, probably equivalent to a P4, which is fine.

I ran the new Go hot plug on the weekend and it worked perfectly, i normally run os p3 and didnt notice any difference, and the bonus is they are cheaper than os!

triplesix 06-04-2009 02:26 AM

the german go importer, who races at the same locations like i do, gave me a T3 to try it, but i didn't put it in by now. i'll throw it in at the race next weekend.

thx guys!

Hi Tony, How are you finding the "Pure" fuel ?? Boys are looking forward to a big meeting this Sunday. The track is perfect, and it doesn't look like it is going to rain for a change. Yaaaay
