Universals? That would be a nice option but for me, I kinda like the ruggedness of the dogbones. When installed correctly, they should not pop out. Sure they pop out in a crash which mine did but at least they do not break... At least the Hudy ones do not. Well, this was when the knuckles came off the pivot balls.

I saw exact replicas of Serpent T shirts that were made in China too. I was suspicious why they were so cheap but when I saw the label behind the T shirt, it was not by Serpent. Why am I not surprise since you can get exact replicas of Rolex and Brietlings...

So the cap that you got was indeed a replica because the original caps and official wears like T shirts and jackets are indeed made in Holland.

Like somebody mentioned on mytsn 705 forum, a lot of the 705 parts are indeed from 835.

Some strong statements about a car you have never seen for real.
After all this while with streectspec, pro kit and 705....all I need is a faster, more aggresive and responsive car and the most important for me, the ease to drive it... with all that, believe to be a better and confidence racer.

Good luck with the new 710 guys. May the force be with you.

I bought the cap in mongkok on a shop called Win Jet Model. So I should be careful then next time I go back to Mongkok

I will take picture on the inside of the cap so serpent is aware on these knockoffs!

All along I was thingking that those shops in Mongkok are only selling genuine parts

All this happened one Sunday when InitialD felt that lapping us by 4 laps is not enough and hence he took the apex tighter and tighter will he clipped an exposed pipe/tire. Hehehehe ...

Woow, you make me sound like Schumacher... It was with Thomas and I did not lap him... Get it right !! It was Saturday and it was not exposed pipe !! It was plank wood !

But I was surprised that I only bent the pivot pin. The bulkhead and the rear lower arm is still OK. Funny how the pivot pin could jump out of the rear bulkhead. I thought the rear tire was a gonner since it took a direct hit but it was OK. One up for Speedmind !

Well, that was the same shop I went to. However, I believe the Serpent bags that are there could be the original as I did not check.

He is on the DuckSide (he will say its the DARKSIDE) and known as the DuckLord and practices the DuckArts. A Serpent die hard he will always be. He is the one and only onmi present and onmi knowledgeable. His picture is attached here.
