Any good tips for a cheap Shuffle? Maybe knock something out of a cassette player and then hammer parts of it back into a broken pen-drive case and voila! Cheap iPod!
I don't know about ipods but people are already doing it to Mac Minis...check this out

Pins: Serpent P/N 808327

Sadly, Serpent discontinued the tool that made it easy to replace the pins. I don't know of any other company that manufactures it.

No comments ! I wanna wait for a free iPod. Don't go spoling my chance.

Alright, D, I just spoke to Steve J. at Apple.

Apparently they are having enough trouble supplying demand for the iPod as it is, without considering freebies for well educated and financially sound individuals - something to do with making a profit.

He did said he would happily swap a 710 for an iPod and that you two might discuss the intriguing mysteries surrounding myopic brand loyalties.

Well, being winter in Europe, one would froze anywhere anyway ... just ask our friend over there who is planning on running over to Floriday just to start his engine up!

That sounds a trick question ...
So during winter in europe, anyone playing? I think they need heater rather then heat sink.
