This is directly out of the ROAR rule book, your good to go: http://www.roarracing.com/downloads/..._Rule_Book.pdf
9.2.4 Exhaust Rules:
9.2.4.1 All vehicles are required to use a muffler or tuned pipe through which the
exhaust gas must pass.
9.2.4.2 A ROAR or IFMAR approved muffler or tuned pipe must be used in all ROARsanctioned events

alright. $170 pipe, here i come!. though sucks... i need other crap... amain doesnt have the pipe, but all the other crap, tower has the pipe and NONE of the other crap... trying to group my shipping =\ not gonna happen. so two seperate $250 orders with seperate shipping =( any other options with reasonable international shipping?

nice little upgrade though. 12tz w dented used nova 2630 to a spec3 with 1070 pipe.. just a couple hundred bux difference. should be fast though.

Pipe do not last forever..one hit and it's done. One hit and your beautiful 170$is gone. Buy a Nova flash and a Nova pipe, reasonable price and parts everywhere .

Default Build question

I'm building the pro kit. The third step on page 31 for the carb linkage says to use the 3x10mm button head screws.

They screw through the servo horn, but the bottom piece they go into is WAY too loose, they simply fall off.

What am I missing?
Thanks.

If I understand correctly

Try mounting both part #'s 336400 & 336401 as shown, Tho up side down or undernieth the servo horn from the bottom up, not from the top down like shown, into part # 336400 so that the button head of the screw is facing towards chassis. Basically just flip them over and mount

Hope this helps

$170 pipe and you'll still be slow. OS pipe's are way way overpriced and are like butter when hot.

Do yourself a favor and get a Nova 2660 or a Solar SPL04 for $40 on eBay.

Stop wasting money on OS engine's which are probably slower than a 2005 12 Plus engine.

If you want a cheap route, go with Picco.

you like what you like, and i like O.S. I like companies that have been around for a while. considering how I treated my last one, i can say it sure wouldn't have fared any better if it was a nova or a picco.
It'll be fast enough.

The OS .12xz speed 3 was 2nd at the worlds.... I am sure it will be on pace.

Now on topic, first documented win for NT1 13"? Or has there been others in the states? http://www.teamxray.com/teamxray/new...c44cb2e5d9c79a

And the Ninja MRT .12 won the 2006 Worlds. Doesn't mean the ones off the counter will make the same power.

To each their own.
