Yes, I cut the strap so it barely goes under the lip of esc to make like it was one piece. I could of raised the carbon fiber deck 2mm but then I would have to re route my "b" motor wire. Had a extra strap laying around and figured that was the easier route to cut it. Shortend strap seems to hold in battery very snug.

Yep, same here. My son and I have been doing double duty in his b44.1 because I don't have anything to drive lol. I wanted to have it all ready for our club race Saturday...but it's not looking so good.

I pre-ordered mine through a LHS...this shop historically gets stuff from HRP sooner than Amin/tower/stormer etc....So im hoping that's the case here. With my luck, this will be the one time they get their stock a week after everyone else haha :lol::flaming:

I put one on preorder with tower the day it was listed, says its processing in the warehouse whatever that means.

That sucks. I suppose you may be able to find one at your LHS and cancel your order if you want it as soon as possible. My LHS just announced they're getting a shipment tomorrow and Friday of 4.2's. Others on here have said similar.
