Go-Tech Engines Thread

Thanks for the reply. I thought that 1 copper and 1 alum shim was 30%. If not, how much performance would I lose by adding another .1 shim? Would it even be noticable? Also if that is the case, is it worth running 30% and adding a shim or leaving it alone and running 20%. I don't know much about this stuff but I am slowly learning.
Thanks
Dan
Thanks

You should try adding the shim and see what its like on 30% then take it out and try 20% ill bet you wont notice much difference.
Generally you dont need that much nitro , im racing on 7 % nitro these days and getting awesome power and fuel economy , im racing a revo this weekend ,at the moment im getting 15min 30 secs to a tank ! on a 125 ml
Mind you this is a new fuel im testing with a nitro replacement . Im hoping pretty soon we wont need nitro any more !

Hey Will G. The states race is at SRS in Scotssdale, small track, tight, blue groove usually, Lance Norick and his crew from the Farm ll are supposed to be building it, so the track could be 180 degrees different from what used to be the track normally.

+1 on the 5 port but the 0801 pipe is a fragile pipe especially if you are just starting out. The Dynamite Paltinum 086 would be better in my opinion.
Blue Grass hobbies has the Dynamite Platinum pipes for $39.99

hello and my name is coty ingram and rocket42 or racefactor industeries i just went to the sic and i got into the amian with both my pro truggy and pro buggy and i was wondering if i could get two engines if the go policy is still there. i have read on the go web site and it said and i qoute'' if you go to a big race and get in the amian then go will send you a free go motor for representing them at the race''. and i was running a go five port and a go 25 for my cen matrix and cen matrix tr.

Yes the contingency program is still active, there are some requirements like stickers, photos and others. Please go to racefactorindustries.com to see the requirements. Also that is the best place to contact me if you have won a contingency, not on here. Congrats!
