Hey guys ran the 7 port today and i am very happy so far TQed and won the A Main in buggy. I was running it with a os 2050 pipe i thought is ran pretty good with that pipe. I was getting about 8:30- 9 minutes on a tank on odonnel 30%. It blew smoke the whole time i ran it, i kept it about 210F to 220F. A few time it climbed to about 250 to 260 then went right back down has this happened to you guys ever. TO let everyone know i broke it in fallowing the steps on the race factor website to a T. The motor is still super tight. Hope that it stays like this, cause if this is any indication of go motors i am hooked.:co ol:

Hi guys,

Just want to say that I am a happy owner of a GO 25. I have it in my Thunder tiger ST-1 truggy & had my first run yesterday at my local bashing track. Very powerful - cleared the new triple jump with ease...

Regards,
Joe Ling

hi guys,

im looking to get my 1st .21 engine this weekend and was pretty keen on the Go.21 Gen 5 R spec 3 port. it will be used for race/practice only.

i was wondering if there were any break in tips i need to know and if you know any tricks or methods to make life easier?

i've been trying to decide on exhausts and it looks like im gonna get the Redline for it, i was also tossing up between the JP1 and Go 3 chamber. have any of you used the Redline pipe before?

here is the breakin procedure from the distributor race factor ...i have had 3 go's i have followed this to the letter and have never had any probs with my motors .....
http://racefactorindustries.com/id1.html

3port=dynamite 086
5port=dynamite 086
7port=dynamite 053

i have always had awesome power and smoothness with these combinations ..and you will prolly find most everyone will agree

Right on The Go´s just love those Dynamite pipes. You may want to hold out for the new FEMCA 0801 pipe however. I believe it is even better

My new PTM 3R may be the best motor I've ever had. After 6 tanks I can run 11+ min with the OCM Redline pipe at 225 deg. Power is nasty and super smooth.

Hey zixxer, for sure. The hard anodised versions stay looking nice with minimal maintainence.
I have run the 086 on my 5 Port and am currently running the 053 on my 7 Port. For performance and value for money they would be hard to beat.
I will try the 0801 when they come on the market here, but will be keeping the 053 as a trusty back up

I just got my 3 port r two weeks ago, and dont have quite a gallon on it yet but it runs strong. I also only run mine on the track and have tried 3 different pipes. I ran the jp2 first it was a good all around smooth pipe, I put the redline on for the race yesterday and it was ok but i needed alot more bottom. After the race i tried my old jp1 and wow, thats what i was looking for, it hauled a$$. Im not sure if the motor has broken the pinch yet, but if you have a jp1 i would suggest it.

Man its tough to beat those 3r's. Mine was also running low 200 last night. After the race i timed a tank with the jp1 straped on and got about 9.5 min, plenty of power for my noob skills

I couldnt imagine what one would do after pro twister mods got a hold of it. I think im going to get in line for one. For the price I might get two more

sorry if im asking obvious Q's but;

whats the "PTM 3R"?

and is there a performance difference between hard annodised and polished exhausts?

and is the Ofna 086 the same exhaust as the Dynamite 086?

and finally, I've been looking at the Go 3 chamber 2047 is this a better system than the Dynamite 086 or JP1 or just more expensive???

i might not be able to get my hands on the Redline pipe now so im looking for alternatives.

p.s thanks heaps zixxer for the break in link thats exactly what i was after!!!

1. pro twister mods motor

2. no difference in performance. hard coated just easiers to take care of

3. same pipe just different manufactor.

4. go with a 086 if you have a 3 port or 5 port or a 053 if you have a 7 port those are all known great pipes for Go motors and they are cheaper.

i guess i will get a 086 then even shipped over here its about $30 cheaper for me.
