Honestly most nova 21s are more then capable of moving a truggy very well... my favorite for truggy is any of the P5 variants, like the Elite 5 or P5XLT.... I'm currently using a blue top nova paloma.

i have personally installed many buku clutch assemblies and novarossi made engines into losi , tekno and serpent cars ...... it was necessary to install clutch so it needed shaft extender washer .....

Yep, my serpent stuff definitely needs the losi extension washer. Kind of annoying.

Another route of finding the model would be going to Novarossi website and looking at all of the engines and see which best looks like yours. They have all of the discontinued engines also. Good luck .

One question I do not know if I can answer.
But here goes, why does Novarossi still use plastic and metal in its carburetors in OFF-ROAD?
Since other brands use the carburetor all in aluminum.

It's not so much why nova still has plastic... its more the fact, everyone else cannot get the plastic and alloy to seal properly... alloy heats up more thats why o.s use the insulation sleeve.
novarossi got them to seal properly so they were rewarded with a less heat carb thats cheaper to produce. win win.

to be honest i have no idea. must be some idea behind it, Drake told me the above reason.. might be one of those strange mysteries like why onroad engines use a metal shielded bearing "that must leak so bad its untunable" just like all the people who say.. a leaky front bearing is bad.. not quite how that works as the front isnt air tight, and alot of the times the bearing is worn, dirt has entered and worn the crankshaft where it seals and thats where problems start...
