Yes sir it is the rtr losi SCT motor but is it 2 or 4 pole? Cause I put 15° of trimming in the speed control and had it gear 44/17 . We got a small indoor carpet offroad track. Next week I will gear it up some more the a 18-19 tooth pinion. Everybody else was running pro 4 tekins i want the 550 4600kv blaze. I think it should be bad azz!!!!!!

I have been running a 3.0 with the green timing board and its just as fast as any other motor out there. I just recently got a couple MMM motors to mess around with and with the red board in them my 3.0 is faster I'm going to try one with a green board in it this weekend and see how that works.

Runing an Xray XB4 2wd on indoor carpet.
Smooth with high traction.

I've done some testing with the v3 motor. But, couldn't find the sweet spot I liked and for it not to fade. MMM with the yellow board and a 12.5 rotor has been working great. 155 degrees after a 10 minute main. It doesn't fade.

Interesting! I have the 17.5 3.0, not the MMM, and it has a black timing board with the end bell labeled "0" to the left and "10" to the right... so I would assume this means zero to +10 degrees timing (I assume there is no timing "built into " the motor, and 0 means 0) I now ordered the green board.... which goes +20 degrees. I guess i thought that means all the way to the left would still be zero... and now all the way to the right would be +20 degrees... is this not quite how that works? thanks

Black 0-10 deg - These come with the V3
Red 11-20 deg - These come with all MMM
Green 21-30 deg - These are optional
Yell 31-40 deg
Blue 41-50 deg
