I did a search through the thread but did not find this answer, so I apologize if I missed it.
I just went to use the Bluetooth programmer I bought for my Reventon R, but I cannot find the Reventon app in the Android Google Play Store. Does anyone have the story on what happened to it or how I can get the app now? Thank you.

Darn it. I REALLY Love my Speed Passion stuff but the significant drop off in their Customer Service Practices and Principals the last year are making me rethink things. Went Hobbywing on my last setup but it's a bit overtly expensive IMPO. Excellent quality, but nothing better than Speed Passion stuff so long as it doesn't fail.
Going to run stock and I figure if it turns out to be a flop, I can simply get another 17.5 setup for relatively cheap so maybe worth it to take another chance with another Speed Passion Combo for my new MM buggy.

I saw on Facebook that Speed Passion has a new ESC in the works. Does anyone have any details on it?

Before they release a new ESC, perhaps they should address their declining customer service practices and growing out of the box failure rates.
I was fortunate to get my Pro ESC's before all this with the exception of one that my buddy swapped out for me, so I'm ok, though I had 2 fan units die rather quickly. Got a couple cheap fans and all is good now, but they need to fix their issues or they will lose their customer base and go under.

I paid for a repair in march and gave uo trying to call anymore. Last week, they finally answered the phone. Said they would send a new one plus give me a code to replace another i had recently sent back.
A week has gone by and nothing. No new ESC or a code to get the other replaced.
I don't know what to do anylongrr. I'll keep the grr in there.

Couldn't agree more! Had a Pro 1.1 go down in April finally got the replacement on 7/31 and as of Saturday it has now failed the same way!! And of course I haven't heard back from them yet. I really want to stay loyal to the brand because when they work, they're awesome! But when they go bad its a nightmare!!

It really is a shame. They do have good products (Yes they fail but lets face it its an electronic device that we put into very harsh and rough conditions) if their customer service would improve just a little bit we would all be on here raving about the company. I don't think that we're asking for too much here, I'd be happy with an email response with in 48 hours not two weeks. I will say this though, when I did have one go bad they did take care of it, timely manner, not a chance but they did come through in the end.
