ridge runner - if it runs backwards, just reverse the two outside wires. Rather make the mechanical change than the software. It doesn't matter with our motors. But other companies motors setting the speed control to reverse might not work as well.

gawith - yep - profile 1 then, I keep hearing different stories about that motor. Just remember to set the voltage cut off for 3s also.

Hey Nick,I put the Copperhead and 4 pole in the Losi,I keep having a problem with it stoppingafter running 5-6 minutes(sometimes). It seems to be thermaling out.Tried to look with pro gage to see iff there was a temp setting for esc but did not find it.Motor is warm but not real hot.So I think its the esc.Call me or let me know what you think. It only has 2 races on it.

I don't have all the details yet, but from what I understand is that it's strictly a programmer as opposed to the other features of the Proguage

***edit*** got some more info

Proguage does servo testing, lipo, etc.
Ezlink will just be programmer

The new EzLink will be nice. It does all the track side programing with out the servo tester and other items that I don't use on the ProGauge. It will lower the price on combo with an ESC as well.

Guess its good to be missed?? My brother in law got married yesterday so I wasn't on line much.

Tom - check your PM

For those who have asked. The new EZ Link programmer will be shipping with all new speed control and combo packs in June. Same programming features that the ProGauge has, but does not include the other features like PWM test, battery test, etc. and the good news is it let us lower the overall price of the systems. Easier to use, better price= everyone wins!!!

Ed- check some of your settings like Punch and Timing - try slightly lower. It also depends on the type of cut off your getting - any warning lights on esc? 4 pole motors draw so much current it can easily draw a battery down to LVC (depending on the pack). Email me if you got more questions.

ProGauge with all the functions will still be available as a separate purchase item. We just wanted to find a way to help save everyone a little money.
