Guys, remember when setting the protection temp for esc and motor, the esc is looking at internal temp not what you read outside on the can. Setting the protection temp low is very tempting, but too low will cause it to shut off unnecessarily.

What length sensor wire comes with the ESC & motor combos? I'm ready to purchase my combo but may need a different size sensor wire depending on what is in the box.

Thanks

You will find a 200mm sensor wire in the box.

Can anyone recommend an optional rotor for a 13.5 motor that will give me a smoother power curve? I race indoors on carpet and the cars have to be super smooth on throttle.

Thanks

hey guys

I just got a vtx10r/8.5 combo for my sc10, and im wondering what would be a good starting point for gearing. Also, whats a good starting point for the esc settings. I run on a medium sized 1/8 track, about 220x85, not super tight, but not super open. I should add the strait is about 180 feet long.

Thanks

This sounds pretty interesting....what is the price of this bad boy, availability, and how does it compare to CC3800 4 pole?
