Well in all fairness the engine doesn't have a reputation for a big bottom end.......I actually destroyed a clutch the first time we tested the Mod Bonito...... Due to all the reports of a soft bottom I clutched the mod engine very tightly.....And well lets say it didn't perform too well for us LOL the clutchbell turned blue and the shoes turned to slag ! took me a couple of tanks to realize what was happening, by that time the shoes were junked .....It ended up having a pile more bottom end then I would have expected, definitely caught me off gaurd..... ended up being a much different engine then I would have expected it to be........But it is a massive PITA to modify..regrinding all 7 intake ports is no joke ..and those sleeves are not cheap if the tool slips, and there is zero margin for error !

at crcrc i ran 1.1 x 3 in truggy and 1.0x2 1.1 x1 in buggy.

I really could care less about the work either of you do to engines (not that it's not great) its the way you both treat the racers whether they are customers or not that has gotten both of you this far. That and that alone is the main reason you are both still going strong. Over the last few years I have seen quite a few engine guys come and go, as well as many other types of businesses but it is the ones who have a genuine caring for people in general who are still going strong. When people see you care about their Expieriences and it's obvious you are not just in it for a quick buck, they will come back to you time and time again. They will also recommend you to others and that is the key to survival in today's economy. Thanks to both of you for all you do to keep us happy and racing.
