Hello Monty, I race with Scott and Nick that just purchased motors from you. I really like the amount of run time those guys are getting. I bought a stock BTTA but I'm only getting 7:30 to 8:00 run time. Im looking for that 10 min pit stop. I can tell you my man Nick is not scared to hit the gas and stretch the straights and he is getting over 11:00 mins. I'm much easier on the trigger but still not seeing the times I'm looking for. I'm running a new Mugen MBX6r, Byrons 30%, 9901/41029, 7 carb insert, MC2 clutch 2-9.0, 2-9.5 springs.
My question is can your mods add 2:00 mins run time to my btta? Also would you mod a motor with a gallon and a half on it?

Just buy one Chris lol. I've owned a couple nova .28 engines which were the most powerful engines i have ever ran and I'm sure it will b very similar low end w more top end and runtime. Are you wanting to add a Roma to ur collection?

I'm currently selling an engine I purchased from Houston if anyone is interested. trying to switch classes before a big points series starts in 2 weeks. Hate to do it because I love this engine. Just found my niche in something other than nitro and has made me want to give it a shot.

Hey Monty, there was chat on here a few days ago about fuels and Castor, there was no mention of Sidewinder Srike Force, I have heard it has a low oil content, they certainly do not list any info of oil content, how much Castor would be safe to use with that fuel?

Monty,
Got to take the Truggy out yester day and get some more fuel on it. Loving it man (like you knew I would. LOL). Anyway, I went with the .09 werks springs on the clutch and was way better. Thanks for the spring tip man. First outdoor race is this weekend, I think the ole girl is ready.
XLT with the 2096 pipe and 021 header
7mm carb restrictor
Byron's Race 3000 (11% oil)
Track size is 155-160x55
13:40 to bone dry tank with plenty of power everywhere
Average temps were about 235-245
