About life on go engines mhhhh ... right now for me :
- 7 port .21 on my buggy : 6 1/2 gallons and running strong.
- 6 port .25 on my truggy : 6 gallons and running strong (little bearing noise due i forgot to lube it and got packed and unused for 6 months, but the engine its ok).
- 5 port .21 on my 1/7 DM ONE : 5 gallons and running strong, and i lend the engine now to another driver wanted to try a GO.
Today i broke inn a 3 port on my 1/7 onroad DM ONE, after 10 tanks i tuned for hard racing and wow, that little beast its really strong !!! i was mistaken i though will be not enough power but people loved it at the track !!, i used the 2072 pipe on it ... all i can say is WOW.
WIll try to get a video on May 17th with this 3 port engine ...

I know the front bearing is 7x19 since I just installed one in my 3P-R.

Last year I ran OS they work awesome P3-4, I am trying the OD77T now and like it too for 1/2 the price. Ok guys I got this modded 3 port I am about to break in, I know the 086 is what it calls for but the modder Powerhouse says to use something in the 053 range and found a 2047 GO pipe used for a nice deal. Anyone used the 2047 on the 3 or 5 ports stock and or modded??????

) and this pipe combo worked really well on the 3 Port too. I think it is the poor mans version of the new 2072 pipe just released

Anybody try a 086 with a 0801 header on a 7 port? Would that be similar to a 2047 with a 0801 header? I don't have a 2047 pipe but I was curious about pairing up the top end pipe with the longer header.

The 086 is a true top end pipe. Short header and small chamber. Not sure how it would go with the longer header - only one way to find out. Give it a go and let us know what itīs like.
The 2047 is more of a mid - top pipe as opposed to the 086 which is really just a top end pipe, which is why it compliments the 5 port so well. The 5 has so much bottom it doesnīt need any help down low, and the top end 086 helps to ring a few more revs and power out of the top end.
The 2047 with the 0801 header just seems to be a nice blend of bottom, mid and top rolled into one, and performs good an all the GO Pro motors.
Best save your dollars and pick up one of the new GO 2072 pipes. They are looking like being the goods from what I have heard so far.

Just waiting for my rods and wrist pins to arrive from massive along with my NEW 2072 PIPE..YAY!!! Can't wait to try this..was racing Sunday ..in 5th place overall going into the semi finals ..7 port performing flawlessly (actually 2 laps ahead of everyone else in the 1/4 final) then disaster struck..centre pinion had 2 screws loosen enough to let the oil out of the diff and the pinion move off centre..moments later it ate the internal gears in a big way..Totally ripped the satellite gears and their axles out of the slots in the diff housing..it was messy..needless to say not repairable in time to restart and finish anywhere useful...never mind there's always another race!
