Have you checked the droop screw settings are ok? D wrote an extensive method of checking the car for tweak, which is in the FAQ (Section 6.14.4). Go through this and see if everything is ok.

Cheers, Mark.

Yupe, the make over was really needed. The original site was like created by some kid from Dade County elementary school.

Cool. There's always next time.

Try taking out everything leaving just the chassis. Put the chassis with the bottom side facing up on a flat surface like a piece of glass. Even when new, there are chances that the chassis will be bent slightly in the middle where the receiver pack is even when new. As long as the chassis does not bend from side to side, they should be OK.

I think the clutch may be slipping and causing the engine to bog down. Check the FAQ.

Download the FAQ revision 2.2 here or you can download it at mytsn under the 710 product page / download section. Refer to section 6.14.

Even with the stock flyweight mounting, loosening the spring with the stock black Centax clutch shoe would not make the Centax engage good. You need the yellow Centax clutch shoe with the stock flyweight mounting.

I suggest you go through the compiled FAQ to understand the 710 better.

Default European pricing

It's not just Asia that has low prices afterall:

http://shop.radiostyrt.no/index.php

GQ 1:10 touring tyres for under $10
3Racing optionals for prices comparable to (or lower than) RC-Mushroom!

The shop owner told me he only buys directly from the manufacturers to keep prices as low as possible. That results in the only downside; he doesn't offer many products for now.

I already received some sets of GQ tyres. I haven't tried them yet but the looks just say quality. The tyres are sealed in plastic so they don't dry up and there are even little stickers on the inside of the rim with the shore rating.

Strange. GQ tires here do not come sealed in plastic.

Maybe because we in Europa have something called "Winter" and it is sometimes required to store the tyres for a few months...

Yeah I noticed that. We use up tires here faster than you say "Jack Robinson" ! I guess no need to store tires then.
