Hi Voodoo_Magic, first of all, you need to change your driving style. Brake early and make sure the brakes do not lock up the rear wheels. Brakes must be set just nice to slow the car down.

Else, I think there are a lot of suggestions on the FAQ. Marp27 compiles and maintains the FAQ and has the link under his sig. Look it up and read it.

Try using the lifting method to see if your car is tweaked.
Also, your brakes shouldn't lock up when you apply the brakes.
Adjust your brakes so it slows you car down and doesn't lock up.

Oops, I guess I was too slow to respond.
InitialD answered it first.

I'd like to get some tips from him.
What happened to Salven?
He was posting here, but he hasn't been here in awhile.
Yup. Input from Ralph or even Art Carbonnel would be excellent. I think you can find Michael in the pub joints drinking beer ! (j/k). But I guess input from Julius is already very precious !

The last race I attended, I forgot to bring my own starter box ! Luckily, one of the organizers who were not racing loaned the Serpent starter box to me.

Yeah, that would be nice.
Maybe someone could get these guys to join this forum.
They're probably too busy for us.

Could it be the slow 2344 servo reaction? (j/k)

Well, does not matter who answers it. As long as the answer comes out the same or if there are even better answers, then I'm all gain for it.

My servos aren't slow
It's the lack of sleep.
It's 2:32 AM here in California.
You probably posted this already, but what electrics are you using in your car (including transmitter)?

In the previous years our track had it's own serpent starterbox in the pits, so if you forgot your own there was no trouble. But now in the new pits there isn't one anymore

Futaba S9451 for steering and KO 2144 for throttle. Both are digitals because I'm using HRS receiver on my Futaba 3PK.

I see we have similar throttle servos.
I think the only difference is my servo is programmable.

Cool. If anything unclear, just shoot us questions.

BTW, nice shell. Reminds me of Mr. Bean.
