Dale, we have an entirely different, bolt on solution that is currently in prototyping stages. I think the samples will be here within 2-3 weeks. They will allow you to use any of the blocks and they will not move

The Xray C2.8 springs are 16 lb springs and the C2.6 are 14.82 lb springs. With the long links it is just about perfect. With shorter links, like I run on our vertical-stud bulkheads, I went slightly softer to a 13.5lb rear and a 15.5lb front spring.

Give the A3 a shot, you'll find that you don't need to re-tighten the arms after every run anymore. Good place to start on the outside is with 4mm underneath the outside stud in the rear and 2mm in the front, with the extra long links (7 hole).
Hey buddy, just ordered all the TC6 upgrades!! Now I just have to order the car!!

Joe, the popular holes are #56 (x3 holes) or the 1mm (x2 holes) and 1 hole 1.5mm.

JayBee! Thanks!

I believe he is asking about the center hole... and using the Losi shock pistons. The 10mm Losi pistons have a smaller center hole and do not fit over the AE shock shaft without slightly enlarging it (I actually am curious for the answer as well )

Sorry!, should be a 3mm hole for the center. This is the size of the AE piston center hole.

Yes, I looked at those (since I have a XXXT-CR & XXX-SCT)... but wasn't sure if they would cause any problems as they are slightly thicker than the AE pistons, but they do indeed fit the shock shaft and their diameter seems to be spot on.

Default TC6 build

Just finishing up my build, so is everyone upgrading the ball studs? The kit ones seems to be binding a bit and not real smooth.

If so what part numbers are you using?

You can squeeze them with a pair of pliers to loosen them up a bit, but the best advice is to just run them. They will free up after 1 or 2 track days and they will be super smooth.

Excellent JayBee!!

I got mine out on Saturday and it's sweet! No breaks no hickups, and it was stuck compared to others out in early season conditions. I highly recommend these few options.

Setup with tons of steering and asphalt traction.

Losi #57 shock pistons (3 hole instead of AE 2 hole)

Diggity Designs 6 deg. castor blocks--will not break.

You can thank me later.
