I have seen some minor issues where the blue insert has rolled around slightly (after 5000 laps), and it only happens in the from arm mount. This has not caused me any grief, only that it takes a minute longer to get the blue inserts out. I had similar issues in my TC5R when I ran the same setup for a long time.
I do check the car flor slop regularly, and might make an adjustment to the arms once a night. Like any other part after getting slammed enough times you might want to replace it to reduce the slop (usually at the same time you replace inner hinge pins)
I am wondering if you could insert them slightly off center (or maybe this is happening by really cranking them down)?
I am wondering if most the people having the issue upgraded from a TC5 (or otherwise came across TC5 parts). I know I have a lot of the arm mounts left over and might have thrown in some TC5 ones instead. Obviously the new ones have a new part number (because they includes the 0s), perhaps there is a slight difference in hole size to match the new blue inserts (which I haven't seen a part number for)?

what I am suggesting is perhaps mixing TC5 arm mounts with TC6 arm mount sleeves = bad?
#1590
So we should be able to use this part from the TC5 and put the screw from the inside the only problem I see is that it will have to be threaded on the bulkhead also, would this cause a problem you guys think.
