Those are to adjust the ride height. putting them in lowers the chassis to the ground by what ever thickness they are. ex. 1mm .

Does anyone know where you can order larger spur gears for the Schumacher gear diff? The kit comes with 60T and all I can find 60T. Are there other brands that are compatible with the Schumacher icon2 gear diff? I'm looking for an 80T.

Hard to judge. I'll check the rc live. Maybe another local will chime in about it.

F1 Turnout is way down from 4-5yrs ago. Its rare to see a full heat at club races, i'd estiamte no more than 5 on avg. Althougth the motor rules were never updated to 25.5 when that became the norm its seeming the more common choice now. SeaTac's grip is extremly low now resulting in minimal lap time difference between the 2. They had a different track prep routine in the past that provided a med grip condition where the motor differenece was much more pronounced.

F1 and GT12 seem to come in waves at our track. People will get excited about the class for about a month and then it dies off. TC, USGT, and VTA seem to be the most stable. I wish F1 was 21.5T and GT12 was 17.5T. It would make the classes more fun and probably more attendance. They don't seem fast enough for the fast guys at our track to get interested in, they only run the TC classes at our track.

Ok Thanks, kind of what I figured for up there. With the cooler, outdoor and wet like weather, 21.5 motors will be a class killer. Been there done that with our local tracks
Going to 25.5T for all of the state revived F1 for us. Much better turnouts the past few years as the new guys are better able to deal with 25.5t and not get frustrated and sell the cars lol.

Having the same issue with the Xray gear diff on my Icon, need a bigger gear to move the motor forward, cant get proper mesh with the small spurs. So far, I had to switch back to 64p gears.

The motors for GT12 and F1 are fine. That's why they have different classes you can race.17.5 is GTP for 1/12th and the 25.5 was a better choice for F1. We have no problem getting new races in either class here. Just sold my spare GT12 today to a new to this class racer. If you don't have fun its not for you.

I favor 21.5t for f1. It’s more challenging.
