Looks OK but not really different enough to make me rush out and buy one though.
I wish they'd done something new for the M03M, I'm really sick of the Swift now. |

Guess they have to think $$ though, & go with what will sell the most worldwide. |

I think Tamiya came out with brand new TRF shocks for the Mini (they come with shorter shafts). It might be in one of the previous posts.

They've already released it's neighbor beside it there in the Honda museum, the S800 racecar(on the M-02). |
Hey that's not a bad idea. With the upswing in the popularity of vintage Japanese cars, Tamiya should jump on the train early and release some sweet old school rides. Mk. II Supra, Datsun 510, 240Z, early GT-R models, etc. And a Toyopet!
|
I would bye a 240z in a heartbeat. I love those cars and ABC is the only one that makes a 240 body and it is about impossible to get here.
|
I agree, having a slew of bodies especially those from the '70's would be great!
On another note.. why is it that any parts like hopups for these cars are only available overseas in HK? with the popularity of Mini's you would think there would be more places available to order parts from especially in the US. |
I'd love to see ANY new short wheelbase FWD body from Tamiya that had wheelwells designed for racers and 60D tires, and rear wells designed to work with the 2 degree rear uprights. Hate to see rub marks on the inside of my Mini Cooper bodies...
