I can't wait for the next season. I just finished putting the truck together with swaybars, garodisks, dual-stage pistons...I think the next time it will hit the track is at the end of April at the Motodome....no indoor offroad here, and I refuse to put that truck on snow....

I looked back as far as I could stand to...

Is anyone using the aluminum idler gears? I am interested if they are louder and if anyone has damaged the other gears using them. I want to get an extra set of gears to have on hand. Thanks.

Don't feel those are metal idler's are necessary .
They will most likely be noisier, would be stronger though....

If you do go with ?
The rear transmission would be where to install , leave the ft alone .

The ft end does not experience the load the rear has ..

Anybody running the sitck pack battery down the middle have any feed back regarding performance? I was curious how it changes handling particularly if you know how it compares to inline or side by side saddles.

I haven't run saddle packs but from the description of the handling from guys who have it is very similar. If you notice they all say that inline with weight as close to centerline as possible improves handling. With a stick pack down the middle the weight is as close to the centerline as possible. It takes some work for everything to fit but can be done.

I'd like to get the nano-tech 65-130c but I didn't see any in the USA warehouse. I'd like to get them asap.

That should fit without issue. Dont forget to keep the page open for a few mins before you add it to your cart so you can save a few $$$.

anyone here run the SC104x4 using Speed Passion ESC?

If so, what ESC are you using and do you need to run an external BEC or anything like that?

I ran a gt2.1 with a tekin 550 5.5t for half a season. No problems at all except I kept breaking the esc fan and once that happened the esc got a little hot but never failed.

I run a rx8 with tekin 4p 4600 now. Great combo

Ok. From what I understand the GT2.0 Pro is what they recommend, so if the 2.1 could take it albeit a bit hot and the GT2.0 Pro is the right option, should be good to go then.
