Is there a new sway bar kit out? My kit only came with Yellow, White and Black. Currently running Yellow front and back. Wanted to soften the rear a bit. Is the blue sway bar comparably to the black or white?

Well one of the things i was trying to accomplish today was better " in air" corrections so i change my gearing to 15/58 but kept the same boost/turbo profile i had. Good news is that it worked very well and the truck was a beast but temps went up to 200+ from 175. so i dropped boost and turbo timings both down 10* and temps went back to 180 but didnt feel as monstrous as before! may pick up a 4600 tomorrow. The weight and/or gear ratio was too much. I think with just the Exotech the 4k is fine, thats what i have been running for months with lots of boost with no issues.

Bigger track ? The bigger batteries added the weight you wanted or did you add more? Mine has a 4600.
It wont hit aa hard initially but itll.ramp up.

A tooth or two lower 4600 isn't hitting as hard as a geared 4000? hm...

I still think I should have gotten the 4600. Should have gone over necessity instead of thinking "perfect".

(recommended to me a few pages back, and it has solved the issue)

I run foams in front of the battery.

bigger batts and i also added a bunch of weight, went dramatic just to make sure i could feel the difference. Coyote are you using boost with your MMP/4k? if not you need to add 35* from 5k to 25k and gear it 15/60

I'll do just that and try tomorrow. (if it doesn't rain like the man says is going to.)

I thought tall saddles made the truck handle worse than with regular height ones? this was along time ago, so i might be remembering it wrong lol

How loud should the SC104x4 sound under power? Getting it ready for tomorrow and I noticed it just sounds loud compared to my 2wd SC10 and T4.

It's definitely not a t4 or sc10 but it's still silent compared to a Slash or Ofna/losi.

Might check the belt cover for warpage and rubbing on the belt causing noise, Or an idler is wearing out, OR your spur is. But it gets a little louder as stuff wears in.

These aren't in the US warehouse, I waited for mine, didn't take to long.

I swap between 2 of the 6000, and 1 5600, between my 4x4 and 2x4.

They fit perfect and supply plenty of power...

Oddly enough the 6k packs weigh less than the 5.6k pack.

BTW, stay away from the soft packs, if you can help it.

Brand new should be the quietest car on the track....

Don't use a old pinion gear ....

With the MMP/4K I run 7 for Torque Limiting and 30deg of timing from 8K to 17,200 with 15/60 gearing.

I noticed a pretty good top end difference just going to the 60t spur from the stock 62t spur.....like it hit the sweet spot.

Temps are 145F after 5min heat and 165F after an 8min main.

With the wrong gearing and timing this combo is flat on top.
