I'd say the only maintenance parts I've put in since building the car in November is a set of spool outdrives, diff driveshaft blades, and diff/thrust balls. That is running the car weekly and I ran mod for a couple months as well. I just replaced the parts recently. I'll be due for a front belt soon as well. Everything else is looking great! These cars are extremely durable.

Did the conversion which was fine except for having to re-cut the top deck around the motor, it was restricting the movement for gear mesh. Bit surprised I had to do this.
Fitted the DMModel steering link, parts were a tad tight for bearings, had to dremel off just a touch of the bearing surface, but good now as there is zero play. Thumbs up for quality. Arms are quite spindly though, I hope they prove to be durable.
Do wonder if the car will be better than old T3.

I race an '11 on med to low grip carpet and have had success with several tires.
Solaris Medium Premounts
Sweep OG Premounts
Sorex 28 premounts
SRJ 24 premounts
The SJR 24's have been the outright fastest for me, but are also the most expensive. The Solaris mediums have a habit of ripping before the rubber wears out and the rims get thin cracks after some use. I have only run the OG's for a few weeks, but they are holding up well. Haven't had to reglue anything, no cracked wheels, and no chunks or tears in the tire.

I don't have my car with me but here's what I remember
450/600 oil
2.6 3.0 springs
top inner rear shock mount
top middle front shock mount
5 mm rh all around
2k in NT1 gear diff in back
300k in NT1 gear diff in front
3 degrees rear toe, all inboard
4 mm shims under rear hub camber link
L1/L2 up and in F and R
.5 degree front toe in
2.5 rear camber
1.0 front camber
shortest ackerman settings
4* c hubs
5.5 rear droop
6.0 front droop
1.6 front sway
1.2 rear sway
2.25 shims to widen front end
arms moved all the way back F and R
P-37 body
I ran this with a boosted 17.5 on a 88x42' carpet track.

WOW
Tried my converted T3 2010-11 on Tuesday, club carpet night. Was happy with the 2010. Qual 2nd, won the A. First time I drove the car. Not too much on power steering but enough and not twitchy at all. Super smooth and most importantly, flat in the sweeper..so predictable..then off power into medium and slow hairpins loads of steering appeared as if out of nowhere, but somehow the back stayed put even with all that rotation.
Does not feel like my 417 at all but honestly, I am amazed at the handling of this car. Now I understand why so many on this thread have been raving about it

shock oil
Hi there
Whats a good alternative to the XRAY shock oil ??
something that matches the Xray viscosity rating would be good (or is easily convertable)
Cheers
