It was mentioned a couple pages back but I have had huge success with the Hot Bodies TCX bladders. They need a filing around the edge but if you follow the xray guide for building T3'11 shocks, they come out perfect. Take it from me, I've been one of those "I don't like these shocks" guys. Now with these bladders, I'm a believer.

You're talking about the only (2) 5mm ball studs that attaches the drag link to the servo saver and steering plate correct? Not sure I understand what the issue is, they are easy to identify by how they are packed unlike how Tamiya packs their parts. With Tamiya you are better off opening EVERY bag and putting all the parts in a pile and starting your build unlike XRAY which is just the opposite

I don't know the history of the previous xray cars so I'm not sure if the 4.9mm or 5.0mm is a carryover or a new item, so I wondered at the logic...in one aspect the 0.1mm difference may avoid binding, but from an engineering standpoint it is unrefined.
You know me, I'm pretty OCD about my stuff so was curious at the reasoning behind it.
Regardless, I'm out of the game for a bit, my Thunder Power rotor delaminated so I've got to send it in for a warranty check. As soon as I read you were with TP I discovered my rotor was whack, I hope it's not a coincidence
So you heading back to TQ to work on your game or staying at WC for a bit longer?

Does anyone know if parts from the Serpent S411 will fit the T3'11? It looks like a T3'11 knock off. I'm mainly interested in the shocks and the gear diff.

Hey Fred, what's up bud...It's not a problem really, just more spares to carry and the use is inconsistent...I don't understand why some 5mm bell ends are fitted to 4.9mm ballstuds, while the new upper clamps use 4.9mm ends with 4.9mm ballstuds, which is not done elsewhere.
