Hey all,
I am proud to let everyone know that Castle Creations will be the class sponsor of the 1/14 Recoil class at the Micro On Road Nats to be held at RC Madness on December 1 & 2.

In addition, Castle Creations has already signed on to be a HEADLINING sponsor of the 2008 1/18 In Door Off Road Nationals to be held on April 11, 12 & 13.

I want to thank EVERYONE at Castle for all the hard work they do in supporting the hobby and these GREAT events. Joe, Tony, Kate and everyone I deal with at Castle are quality people and that reflects in the quality product that Castle Creations makes.

If he told you to cut off the connectors and direct solder then no it should not void your warranty.

As for the shaft breaking yes that should be under warranty as well.

well my reedy motor is finally starting to die on me after about a year and a half, but instead of getting a new vector motor, i was thinking about the mamba 7700. but, i wanted to know the speed on the 7700 wit hstandard gearing in a competition TC. considering the new vector 4.5 claims 8100kv, where the mamba only claims 7700, i was wondering which would be faster.

im usig a 6900 and havin trouble getting the right brake feel. the track has a some very fast strights with hairpins at the ends. i tried to get the brakes setup but its either too strong or too weak. whats a good setting to get the braking feel of a brushed motor? thanks

I like the 100% brakes and 30% drag with that motor.

Well just got back from the Express Motorsports Shootout. FInished 9th in the A in stock. My Mamba Max worked great all weekend. Lots of big hitters in stock this weekend with 3 of the 10 being National Champions and 8 of 10 being in A mains from Snowbirds and Vegas so competition was tough.

Like to thank Joe and Tony from Castle for the help. Great products for the racers and for the bashers.
