one of my team buddies uses that setup! pink hb fronts and silver sweeps... i don't like the fronts they steer to much, vectors and sweeps work for me when traction is low they make my car easier to drive....blue barcode rear with no middle pin and rip blue fronts are great!

nice paint!

I only did my fronts. I was tired of removing bearings to clean rubber. I will say this, front hex wheels run truer than front bearing wheels (at least the AE wheels do). I'm not totally sold on the rears yet.

a couple years ago when I was running My Nitro Gt2 I ran the Quick Disconnects in the rear and like them quite a bit. Is there any thing like that for the buggies?

not that I need to change tire quickly I just didnt need any tools and never had a wheel come off on it own

hey guys what losi big bore springs are you running on your b4.1 for an indoor clay track? like what would work best for an indoor clay medium grip track? and also while i was looking at my shocks on the back i notice that the turnbuckles on the back are already pretty close to the shocks with the regular springs, do the turnbuckles rub on the big bore springs? is there a way to fix this if they do rub?

Depends on what lipo you use. Most all guys running the shorty lipo use red/white. Most using standard length lipo use red/yellow or orange yellow. I have the lunsford turnbuckles and they are a little larger than the AE's. They only rub if the turnbuckle square that the wrench grabs is turned with the point towards the spring. (Thats hard to explain!) Also, if you spin the spring on the shock, you will see it bows one way ever so slightly. You can spin it to bow away from the TB.

so i use the standard length lipo's, would it be best to try the red/yellow first? i do understand what u mean about the turnbuckle thing and when you say red/yellow you mean red in front yellow in back right?

I ran orange front yellow rear when I had the standard pack. I switched to red front yellow rear just to try it, but switched to the shorty before I could get a good feel for it. I would start with orange/yellow. If your current setup feels dialed, I would stay with it until the Avid springs are available. They feel the best of the big bore springs. I run them on my B4.1 and SC10.

Yeah Avid was at Cactus Classic hand packaging front buggy springs, front truck springs, and rear springs. Sold them as pre-release in SRS Hobbytown. Very glad I picked up my sets. But they will be available soon to regular folks.

grab silver fronts, orange fronts, white and yellow rears. If u run on med to high bite yellow and silver will probably feel the best, red is really soft and can make your car un balanced....

I run on high bite indoor and med to high bit outdoor clay. I LOVE Losi Orange fronts and Yellow rears with Ghea #2's and 30/27.5 AE fluids. Those springs were the closest in rate to the Green/Brown stock springs that made the car always feel balanced. The Losi springs and shock cups, ghea collars and pistons were the best money I ever spent on an upgrade for the B4 platform. It's crazy plush on a 12 second indoor bullring and also on a BIG outdoor nitro track. I run a full size LiPo as well.
