Carbon plate goes under receiver, screwed to chassis using the 2 blue washers and 2 screws.

Thumb Tack things are for checking balance, check chassis, you will see the points to rest on the tacks....

In my area, its very difficult to find a hobby shop that doesn't carry HPI parts. In fact I am not sure that there are any shops without HPI parts in the Toronto area. Of course that doesn't help...

NiCDs do have a memory, so discharging them is important, but why use a 750 when you can use a 2000 which does not have a memory.
