I run 18t on my 5.5t with no issues, and Tessmann runs a 20t on a 5.5t on smaller tracks.

Plugging the hotwire in through the port or the RX Wire both do the same thing. Full hotwire and data log capabilities..

The adapter wire would normally come with the ESC.
