It works great, that's what I have. If you have the HW software on your computer, delete it and then download and install the SP software. When you connect your LCD box, it will then allow you to update the box to SP firmware. The whole process takes about 5 minutes.

Does anyone know if the Speed Passion and/or Hobby Wing ESC setup box will work on the Orion R10 Pro?

A - If I can help it, I don't want to spend $80-100 for the Orion box

B - No idea when Orion will start shipping them to the US.

Changing settings I assume, but not updating software etc.

Would be interesting to know what software version the program box is on.

You may have to overwrite the box with Orion software or vise versa. They should be so similar to work on either unit. I'm thinking that the Mod software are probably tweaked just a little that both could run the others unit.

Where is the Citrix R8 esc at?????
I like my silver arrow 2 but its huge. I though the r8 was coming, there are still signs of it on the website.

Ah right cool, cause last night I plugged the HW into my laptop nothing happened.
So I then plugged the SP into the HW all it kept saying was connecting to ESC nothing else.

So I'm guess I'm doing something wrong or need to update the software?

Oh meant to mention the ESC not plugged into anything else straight out of the box too

You need to update the HW LCD box with the SP software.

Don't really know how to make it any clearer than I did above. Go to the SP website and load the latest version of software onto your computer first. Then run it, connect the box, and it should be pretty easy from there.

Discontinued...because we will have the new ESC for the 1/8th...coming.

LOL....yea, it is the WEB designer problem of our own...if you actually pick USA as your receiving country, the air post will updated to USD$2X instead of USD $178.46...give that a try.
