I use it with the SP 1800. It works great. Second season on it. No issues at all.

Will also be running a Trinity D8 1950kv motor and spectrum 8000 sevo. Decent Combo with the silver arrow?

I use all speed passion motors 1800kv blaze. I always use Futaba servos.
I know a lot of people that use the tekin 1950kv. I lime the sensor less setup.

Hey guys, I'm racing a Reventon Pro 1.1 with a BLAZE 5700. In my TLR SCTE-TEN 2.0. At the same tracks as J Pietsch races at. I had Tekin RX8 with HD 4600. I like the Speed Passion ESC/motor better. Much smoother throttle with the Speed Passion. I'm running the modify 2 in my Reventon Pro 1.1

Awsome brother great to hear!!! Thx for chiming in!!!

Can someone please tell me where I can a professional lcd card
For gt series esc

Or does anyone have one for sale

hobbywing one will work if you can't find a SP branded one.

Just flash the card over to SP software. That is what I have been using for awhile now.

Anyone using the R Pro 1.1 with a 4 pole? I ran my new Fantom 4850 today on the Tekno. 15T pinion. Was hitting thermal protection on the ESC within 4 or 5 laps. Punch is level 1. No timing, Mod2 software. I think the 15T pinion might be a little much. The motor does offer timing adjustment, so I wonder if I can get the amp draw down that way as well. Motor is getting 150s and the ESC cutoff is set to 95C.

I tested the Blaze 4600 and it was too slow for my local track, even with a big pinion. Temps were awesome though. Was thinking of trying the 5700 back to back with the Fantom 4 pole.

If the motor is already up to 150 after a couple laps I'd say you're overgeared or too much timing on the motor. 4850 is a lot of motor for the 1.1, mine gets pretty hot in my b44 with a 7.5 smc motor... without the fan it thermalled in 6 minutes.

I ran the blaze 5700 stock spur on the TLR and 15t pin. 11.75 degrees of timing on the ESC. I had no problem keeping up with the 4 pole motors. Outdoor track that is 140' x 70'

Ultraspeed84 05-12-2014 08:14 AM
